RTR HYBRID COURSES are delivered via a combination of online modules followed by a face to face workshop. Aimed at health and fitness professionals, RTR Hybrid Courses provide attendees with the best of both worlds. Watch the various online modules in your own time and then join us for an in person session that explores the practical component of the course. Provided with a PDF workbook and access to the online content 4 weeks prior the face to face session, hybrid courses allows attendees to explore the practical component with a more thorough understanding of the material.

RTR ONLINE COURSES are delivered via a series of online modules exploring the use of exercise therapy in clinical practice. Aimed at health and fitness professionals, RTR Online Courses discuss the evidence base of exercise therapy, the role of exercise in injury management and preventions as well as the technique and coaching of a range of therapeutic and performance exercises. Online courses are available for a limited time with course attendees are provided with a PDF workbook and 3 month access to the online content to. Online Courses are range 10 - 15 hours in duration.

Covering the evidence and clinical reasoning for exercise therapy as well as the coaching of various therapeutic exercises, RTR Online Short Workshops are ideal for those seeking a brief overview. Online Short Workshops are approximately 2-3 hours in duration.

RTR In-Service Training Series: these are delivered either online, face to face or in a hybrid format to your clinical team and cover a range of topics related to the delivery of exercise therapy within injury management and return to sport. Covering a range of common musculoskeletal and sporting presentations, RTR In-Service Training workshops are ideal clinical team and clinical service development. These workshops are case study driven, providing clinicians with interventions and concepts they can readily apply.

RTR Clinical Mentoring: designed to meet either your needs or the needs of your clinical team. Delivered either via an online meeting or face to face, Clinical Mentoring sessions provide clinicians with an opportunity to discuss and reflect on their current clinical practice with APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist John Contreras. John has a long history of assisting many new clinicians navigate their first few years of clinical practice and improve their reasoning and communication skills. Using online, shared documents to guide the sessions and regular communication throughout the working week, these sessions are ideal for clinicians to boost their clinical confidence.
