This 2 hour online webinar, designed for Physiotherapists and Health Professionals, will provide attendees with an easy to understand overview of the value of strength training within musculoskeletal health. Participants will learn the evidence base for strength training within injury rehabilitation of the most common musculoskeletal presentations, the key aspects of four fundamental movements as well as considerations for exercise selection and program design.

During the webinar, we will explore the evidence base for strength training within osteoarthritis, low back pain, muscle and joint injuries and sarcopenia populations, and discuss the role of four key movements: squat, hinge/deadlift, upper limb push and pull.

Join online and participate in the practical component.

Suggest equipment for the practical component (but not required): floor space, exercise mat, resistance bands, dumbbells, barbell.
