This 4 hour online webinar is designed to provide Physiotherapists and Health Professionals with the skills and knowledge to develop and implement strength training programs specifically for running athletes. Participants will engage in detailed lectures covering the biomechanics of running, the role of strength training in injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Practical sessions will offer hands-on experience in creating and executing strength training exercises tailored for runners, focusing on key muscle groups and movement patterns essential for running.
